DualRecorder (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use DualRecorder for iOS.

2. Data Collection

DualRecorder does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage data. We do not use analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or any third-party services that collect user information.

3. Camera and Microphone Access

DualRecorder requires access to your device's camera and microphone solely to record video and audio. All recording is performed entirely on your device. No video, audio, or image data is ever transmitted to us or any third party.

4. Photo Library Access

DualRecorder requests “Add Only” access to your Photo Library (using Apple's PHPhotoLibrary.addOnly authorization). This means the App can save recordings to your library but cannot read, browse, or access any existing photos or videos on your device.

5. Third-Party Services

DualRecorder does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, SDKs, or servers. There are no advertisements, no tracking pixels, no analytics, and no telemetry of any kind.

6. Data Storage

All app settings (such as video quality, frame rate, and recording preferences) are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage mechanisms. No data is stored on external servers.

7. Children's Privacy

DualRecorder does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is intended for general audiences and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
